HOW DO I USE THE WEBSITE?

You must create an account with us in order to use our services. Please use the signup form to create an account. This can be found on the home page.

HOW SOON CAN I USE MY ACCOUNT AFTER SIGN UP?

You can access your account immediately upon activating the link sent to your email. However, you will not be able to buy or sell on our site without your account being verified. To get your account verified, you need to supply an ID showing your full name and a utility bill showing your residential address. P. O. Boxes are not accepted.

ID TYPE AND UTILITY BILL ACCEPTED FOR VERIFICATION

Identification documents accepted are International Passport, Driver’s Licence, Voters Card and National ID card. Utility bills accepted are Electricity, Water, Telephone and Waste Bills. All utility bills must bear the sender's name. In the absence of a utility bill, you can submit a copy of your Bank Statement with full name and address as registered on your profile with us. Identification documents MUST NOT expire and utility bills MUST BE within three months. Please note, aside the aforelisted documents, none other will be accepted.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ACCOUNT TO BE VERIFIED?

After successfully uploading your documents, please allow up to 24 - 48hrs Mondays through Fridays for your documents to be reviewed. These days are exclusive of public holidays. You will be notified by email when your account is verified. In the case of no response after 48hrs, please contact us at cizotiexchange@gmail.com. Ensure to check your spam folder before contacting us.

DO I NEED TO VERIFY MY ACCOUNT BEFORE I CAN BUY/SELL?

Yes. In compliance with anti-money laundering policy, it is important to identify our clients before engaging in any form of transaction on our site. Buying and selling your e-currency requires that you must undergo verification as already stated above. In the case of selling to us for cash payment to your bank account, banking details must match the name on your profile with us at Cizoti Exchange.

BUYING AND SELLING LIMIT PER TRANSACTION

Minimum amount to buy and sell your e-currency is $20. Maximum daily limit is $10,000.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FUND MY e-WALLET AFTER DEPOSIT?

eWallet transactions are instant. However, poor connectivity, public holidays and unforeseen circumstances might result in slight delays. In such cases, we advise that you wait up to 24 hours before contacting our customer support.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DEPOSIT CASH IN MY BANK ACCOUNT AFTER SELLING TO CIZOTI EXCHANGE?

Cash are paid same day upon receipt of your e-Currency. In the case of delay, please allow up to 2 hours within working hours before you contact our customer support. Please note this option is available only in Nigeria.

HOW MANY ACCOUNTS CAN I HAVE WITH CIZOTIEXCHANGE?

You are allowed to have ONLY one account. Any duplicate account will be deleted.

CAN I PAY CASH AT YOUR OFFICE?

No. All transactions are made using the the Payment Buttons on our website.

CAN I REQUEST A REFUND AFTER SUCCESSFUL TRANSFER?

No, this is not possible due to the nature of e-Currency transfers being instant.

DO YOU OFFER SUPPORT ON WEEKENDS?

We work 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Mondays through Fridays with exception of public holidays.
